DB/C is a full implementation of the Datapoint DATABUS language. Multi-user support with file sharing and locking is standard. Featuresinclude: indexed, associative, sequential, and random access with fulluse of tabbing and compression; full screen support includinghighlighting, subwindowing, and all standard keyin/display features; fullsupport of function keys, arrow keys, and others; unlimited common area;arrays; rollout and execute; full support for directories; 127-character keyahead.Sixteen utilities are included. They are: aimdex, build, chain, copy,create, delete, dump, edit, encode, filecheck, index, library, list,reformat, rename, and sort. There is no limit to file sizes. DB/C workswith digit and space compressed files as well as standard UNIX textfiles.The compiler (DBCMP) is a fast one-pass compiler. Typical programscompile in excess of 15, lines per minute.A comprehensive set of reference manuals is included with the softwareand is available separately.
